SD Rubber Industry specializes in manufacturing custom made rubber and polyurethane products catering mainly to the Marine, Oil and Gas, construction and general industrial sector. Serving these industries requires a quick and timely response. To be able to do that the industry must have all the required processes to manufacture the products in-house. This helps in better control over production and delivery.
SD Rubber Industry has an elaborate tool room which is supported by a team of highly qualified design engineers to design and manufacture the molds. All the molds are manufactured from mild steel.
SD Rubber has a qualified set up of all the machines to get the job done.
Starting from gas cutting machines for cutting large steel plates we have lathe machines, milling machines, drilling tools and a series of Vertical milling machines (VMC) to fabricate the tools.
An elaborate laboratory consisting of the latest test instruments such as the Universal testing machine, Rheometer, Specific gravity tester, abrasion tester, compression set apparatus, ozone testing machine are just some of the instruments used to make sure all products manufactured in SD Rubber are tested for their quality and assurance.
